Obyvatelé Velvar a okolí rušilo techno, naposledy během uplynulého víkendu, kdy se jednalo o nepřetržitou několikadenní zvukovou produkci. Nová městská vyhláška konání podobných akcí zakazuje a zároveň určuje pravidla pro organizátory i účastníky obdobných zábav. Úředně platná bude od 6. října. Jiné možnosti, jak se bránit, město nemá.
