Počet cestujících v autobusových dálkových mezistátních spojích v Evropě meziročně vzrostl, v případě nejoblíbenějších destinací téměř o 50 procent. Mluvčí dvou autobusových dopravců uvedli, že Češi z Prahy nejčastěji jezdili do Vídně, Berlína nebo Mnichova. Dopravci také v reakci na navýšení mýtného o emisní poplatek ve většině evropských zemích obnovují své vozové parky.
